APPLICATION OF FACTORIAL ANALYSIS IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT TASKS

The analysis of the problems connected with quality models formation of educational services is carried out. It is shown that formation of such model on the basis of methods, researches of influence of factors which connection with a productive indicator has functional character widely applied in economic calculations is possible. The method of structuring factors and formation of a general model of quality of educational services is offered. The main problems of practical application of models with a limited length of the factorial field of direct connections are described and analyzed at the insufficient level of knowledge of the nature of direct connections. Ж a result sub criteria of the model are referred to the integrated groups, methodological advantages of the obtained results to ensuring adoption of administrative decisions are shown.
