ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-CULTURAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COUNTRIES OF LATIN AMERICA AND RUSSIA

The article shows the results of a sociological comparative analysis of sociocultural characteristics of the Latin Americans compared to Russia and the USA. The cultures have been studied with the help of the Hofstede's model. Moreover, the results of GEM and some other Russian and foreign researches have been analyzed. The study shows that social norms and patterns of the Latin Americans are similar to the Russian ones. However, there are some characteristics which are the same in the USA.
