SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF ECONOMY IN HISTORICAL RESPONSIBILITY: FROM A CONFESSION OF GUILT TO THE MARKET

The purpose of this study is socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of historical responsibility as a dynamic social relation which always has economical essence. Based on the ideas of J. Derrida and M. Moss found that since responsibility always involves admission of guilt and commitment expected by the victim, this attitude is not purely ethical, it initially has an economic nature. At the level when subjects of responsibility has not enough taken shape , that is, they still have no unity of will and the legal status the economy is based on ethical grounds, guilty plea is accepted as an independent and the most important value, the financial aspect is not the leading value and is considered as reparation of damages. During politicization of historical responsibility of subjects, it becomes valid and starts to work according to the market laws. Such market characteristics as the use of investment potential of entitlement payments, orientation towards marketing strategy of the state, presumption of weak economic agent support, damage assessment based on actual index of financial losses, existence of grounds for financial crimes (sky blue laws) are determined. The question is put about pertinence of the market approach to historical responsibility
