THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONNEL MOTIVATION SYSTEM OF TOURIST ORGANIZATIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN ECONOMIC CRISIS
The main problems of staff motivation analyzed and made recommendations to address them. The main directions to promote the tourism industry employees are presented as separate components, and the links between them allow to present all of the finished system. Developed by the author motivation system will use the human potential of the tourism industry more efficient and does not contradict the Labour Code.
