METHODS OF FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT OF THE INSTRUMENTMAKING ENTERPRISE IN THE PLM-MES-ERP INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT

The article discusses the method o f digital production organization based on a common information area realized in the uniform system consisting o f PLM, MES, ERP subsystems. The described method o f facilitating communication between the design specifications and the production process in a unified information system that enables the production circuit to respond quickly to changes in the design documentation. The automated method fo r adjusting the production plan o f the p roduct is presented that is associated with quantitative changes in specifications, enabling to store versions p lanned to be launched in the production o f products compounds.
