THE INTERACTION OF CIVIL SOCIETY AND THE STATE

The article analyzes theoretical statements concerning interaction o f state and civil society, which were fo rm ed in the European philosophy o f the XVII-XIX centuries (D. Locke, G. Hegel, K. Marx). On the basis o f the comparative analysis the generalized concept o f civil society is formulated. The specific interaction mechanisms o f institutions o f the modern Russian state and their impact on the formation and development o f civil society are discussed.
