BOLOGNA ACCORDS IMPLEMENTATION AS A FACTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE OF EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATION (EXPERIENCE OF THE CZECH UNIVERSITY OF LIFE SCIENCES PRAGUE)
