METHOD OF REGIONAL INNOVATIVE CLIMATE ASSESSMENT

The main elements of innovative development provision at the regional level are presented; methods of bringing to compromise interests of innovative activity participants are studied. Methods for weights ranking of corresponding indicators of the regional innovative climate are suggested.
